These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to the FF Bio Creator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Lipan Kumar Biswal (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

Part 1: Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaways, Matches, and Rewards: By participating in any matches, tournaments, giveaways, or reward programs hosted within the Application, you agree to abide by the rules set forth for each specific event.

2. Right to Cancel or Modify: The Service Provider reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or delay any giveaway, match, tournament, or reward distribution at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, cheating, exploitation of bugs, technical failures, violation of terms, or any other factors beyond the Service Provider’s reasonable control that corrupt the administration or security of the event.

3. Account Bans and Forfeiture: Any user found manipulating the Application, exploiting referral systems, or violating the community rules will have their account permanently banned, and all accumulated wallet balances, points, or pending rewards will be immediately forfeited.

4. Joining: You are responsible for joining the match after the room details are available for the match. If you are unable to join or the room is filled, that is your responsibility; we are not responsible for that because there is a chance of a credentials leak through other users.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

Information Collection and Use: The Application collects information when you download, register, and use it. Because the Application now includes user accounts and community features, this information may include:

• Account Information: Your email address, display name, and profile photo provided via Google Sign-In.

• Game Information: Your Free Fire UID, In-Game Name, and gaming region.

• Profile Data: Social media links (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) that you voluntarily add to your profile.

• Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, and app interaction data.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding handling data. To facilitate accounts, ads, purchases, and push notifications, the Application uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Database)

• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases (for Premium features)

• OneSignal (for Push Notifications)

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules outlined in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data (including your account and associated Free Fire UIDs) that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at lipanservicea@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children: The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security: The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processes and maintains them (such as using secure Cloud Functions to verify purchases and handle wallet transactions).

Changes: This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
